Our custom-made wine & food pairing programs are hands-on & truly from the "chateau to the table" with the first stop to local wineries to collect local red, white, and, of course, your very special dessert wine from the vineyards of Sauternes!
If you are a university interested in a professionally designed wine & food pairing course, you have come to the right place! Our EC-in-France consultant chef and professor Peter D’Souza is available to design a program in wine & food pairing that meets your university or organization’s needs.
We also have the co-owner of the Rouge Bordeaux B&B/Conference Center, Julien Martel, a natural French chef de cuisine direct from the gastronomical capital of France (Lyon), who shares the secrets of French cuisine & wine in full day & half day classes, as well as custom packages.
