Coordination includes: Includes all before, during, and after program organization and planning. All on site transportation management; budget management; onsite 24/7 assistance; cultural excursion, hotel, and restaurant reservation coordination, based on your program’s budget. Program guides are provided for the entire tour. The guides will serve as translators, take meal requests in advance, and will simply make sure your university's alumni tour is a truly authentic experience!
