Wine & Food Pairing Programs
EC-in-France offers the following types of programs for Wine & Food Pairing:
1) Faculty-led programs: Your school or university provides its own professor and class curriculum. We provide the classroom, coordination (chateau visits, restaurant/hotel reservations, cultural excursions), meals, if desired, and lodging. Below are examples of our University of Wisconsin Stout Wine & Food pairing programs created by Professor Peter D'Souza, UW Stout Associate Professor, School of Hospitality Leadership.
2) Custom-made programs: We provide the professor and/or curriculum, coordination, meals, lodging, etc. This would be a custom-made program based on your school/university's needs.
